One conversation. Then a plan.
You should know what you’re buying, who is doing the work and what it costs before anything starts.
-
Step 1
Tell us what’s getting in the way.
The first conversation is free. Tell us about your business, the problem and the result you want. You can describe the folders, tools or rooms involved without gathering every record first.
We talk through location, the people involved and a useful place to start.
-
Step 2
Agree the scope and price.
If the project is straightforward, you get a scope and a quote with no discovery charge.
If it needs staff interviews, a look inside your systems or technical design, we propose paid discovery and agree its fee first. Discovery gives you findings, priorities, a recommended plan and an estimate, and you decide whether to go ahead.
-
Step 3
Do the work. Check it together.
We agree who can give access and make decisions. Get It Together organizes the information and the spaces, and Innovation Theory delivers the technical work in your scope.
The handoff shows your team how to use and keep up the result, and anything unresolved is named clearly.
-
Step 4
Keep it together.
Optional ongoing support can cover incoming records, procedure updates, recurring organizing and agreed technology upkeep, under a clear service contract.
What it costs.
Straight numbers where we have them, and a written quote for everything else.
$90 per hour, per organizer
On-site physical and data organizing. The quote names the team size, the expected work, and any materials or travel.
Quoted for the actual work
Assessment, migration, integrations, custom development and AI are priced to your requirements. Software and usage costs are named in the proposal.
Monthly agreed per client
Support contracts spell out what’s covered, how often, and what’s included.
